Cold climate use extends freeze protection and allows the use 12v/120v heater blankets to prevent freezeup on the road or during overnight storage. (Heater blankets are not included- available locally everywhere) Universal Dust protection.   Designed to fit under a tonneau cover on a standard pickup.
Fits ANX tanks and VHL Tanks.  Does not work for Modular system.
